How to request a return
Please include the following in your email:
- your full name;
- your order or invoice number;
- your phone number;
- the date you received the goods;
- the product name, price and purchase date;
- the reason for the return, if you wish to provide one.
Condition of the goods
The goods should be used only for their intended purpose. Please preserve the quality, safety and original packaging of the goods. If an item has been damaged, used improperly, or its original packaging has been lost or substantially damaged, the refundable amount may be reduced according to the decrease in value.
Return costs and deadline
The buyer pays the return shipping costs, except when the goods are incorrect or damaged.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal request. Please contact us by email first to agree on the return procedure and address.
Refunds
After the returned goods or proof of return has been received, all payments received will be refunded no later than within 14 days. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return has been received.
