According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store should set out the terms of product delivery, returns and the right of withdrawal. This is known as a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

1. General Terms
If a consumer purchases goods or services through the website, the agreement is considered a distance contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers regulations on distance contracts.
2. Making a Purchase
The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total order cost, including delivery, is displayed before confirming the order. Complete the payment to finalise the order.
3. Payment Terms
The transaction currency on the site is EUR.
Payments can be made using the makecommerce.lv platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;
- Estonian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor;
- Lithuanian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor;
- Finnish online banking payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki and Säästopankki;
- Visa/Mastercard card payments.
If using internet banking, confirm your order and click “Return to merchant” to finalise the transaction. The personal data required for payment is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The agreement becomes effective upon successful payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and the payment refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.
4. Delivery Terms
Products are delivered within Latvia only, using the delivery methods available during checkout. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. Products are typically delivered within 5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 14 calendar days, with prior customer notification.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, goods must be used only for their intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods. If goods are misused, damaged, or the original packaging is lost or substantially damaged, the online store may reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.

Please include your full name, invoice number, phone number, date of receipt, product name, price and purchase date. The reason for return is optional.
The buyer bears the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received no later than within 14 days. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return are received.
The online store is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data necessary for order fulfilment, such as name, surname and email address. Personal data is transferred to delivery service providers to ensure delivery.

7. Dispute Resolution
For matters not covered in these terms, both buyer and seller agree to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or correspondence.
